Event Request Guidelines

NOTE: The 125th Street BID provides services for all properties located on 125th Street between Morningside and Fifth Avenue. Other activities that are taking place in the surrounding area is added value for those efforts and to that end we are dedicated to promoting other community events when it is possible.


  • First priority goes to BID members and businesses on 125th Street.
  • Please send all requests to the following address: tgathers@125thstreetbid.com, Subject Title: Calendar Event Request
  • Each request must have a .JPG image of the flyer or logo, as well as all relevant information in TEXT format in the body of the email. (If it does not come in this format, it will not be posted)
  • Requests must be sent out by Thursday at 5pm, to be added to the calendar.
  • We will do our best to accommodate all requests on a first come,  first serve basis.
