HARLEM, NY — Developers have filed plans to build a new supportive housing facility in Central Harlem, according to city Department of Buildings records.
Azimuth Development will construct a nine-story building at 15 W. 118th St., located between Lenox and Fifth avenues, according to the building plans. The development will rise 85-feet-tall and contain 51 units of supportive housing, building plans reveal.
The building will also include space for a community facility on its first floor as well as amenities such as laundry rooms, exercise rooms and offices for the supportive housing operation, according to building plans.
