HARLEM, NY — A waiting list for rent-regulated apartments offered at a wide range of income levels will begin accepting new applications for a month starting Monday, Feb. 25, according to the city's Housing Connect website.
The Residences at PS 186 — a redeveloped school building on West 146th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenues — will accept applications to its waiting list until March 25. Units are being offered for tenants earning 40%, 50%, 60%, 130% and 165% of the Area Median Income — levels that the city Department of Housing Preservation and Development considers extremely low income, low income and middle income.
