NEW YORK CITY — For the first time in several days, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Friday morning the number of novel coronavirus cases confirmed in New York City had not risen overnight.

The number of confirmed cases in New York City remains at 95, the mayor said on Fox 5's "Good Day New York."

"We take that very seriously," de Blasio said. "But our healthcare system is the finest in the nation."
